P = Point (linked to the title)
I = Illustrated (with examples or evidence)
M = Meaning (This meant that, this was important because)
P = Prioritisation (The most important factor)
L = Links (between points)
E = Excellent (what you are if you do all this!)

OR

I = Idea or argument (linked to the title)
D = Developed (with evidence or example to prove your idea)
E = Explained (This meant that, this was important because)
A = The grade you get if you do this.
L = Links/prioritisation (the icing on the cake - gets you an A*).

Each IDEA you have has to be like a spider with legs!!! 
The legs are the EXAMPLES and EXPLANATION. 
Without these ‘legs’ your spider only has a body,
and a body with no legs is just a bullet point!
