Fifth Year: Unit 3 (Lent term.) Which exam does this relate to?
What does the exam consist of? We cover Option W: International Relations 1919-39 in the first half of the Michaelmas Term and Option W: International Relations 1945-63 in the Lent term. SO: You have to choose TWO questions to answer in Section A of Paper 1. In other words you have to answer TWO questions on Option W.
In your exam booklet the Option W questions (numbered 4, 5 and 6) occur on pages 8-11. You have to choose TWO of these. Each question will focus on different years so you can choose the TWO which you are happiest with.
Altogether Section A will earn you 25% of your total mark.
You are advised to spend 70 MINUTES on Section A - ie spend 35 minutes on each question.
